HCG Diet With Oral HCG Drops

If you want to lose weight with oral HCG drops, there are four phases of the HCG diet that you will undergo. Phase 1 is the loading phase. In this phase you are to eat to capacity, fatty foods preferrably. Read more about the loading phase and taking oral HCG drops for weight loss during that time here.

Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD)
Phase 2 is the HCG diet itself, also known as Very Low Calorie Diet, or abbreviated VLCD. In this article I will try to cover what you are allowed to eat during this diet, and on the contrary, which foods to avoid. Let me first point out that you can only eat 500 calories per day. For this reason, it is mandatory that you load yourself properly in Phase 1, as otherwise you would be very hungry due to your normal fat reserves being depleted. The hormone HCG will help you with hunger pangs, but your normal fat still has to be well replenished before you start the VLCD.

Also, it does not really matter how many times you eat per day, it only matters how much food you ingest. You can break your daily intake down either to 3, 4, or 5 meals. Most people do well with 3 meals per day.

Breakfast
In the morning you can have a cup of coffee, or a cup of tea, but no sugar. However, artificial sweeteners and saccharin are allowed. You can also use stevia to make it taste better. One tablespoon of milk per day may be taken, but no more than that.

Lunch
The lunch is more delicious. You can eat 100 grams of the following types of meat: veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. But that are also certain meats that are higher in fat, so those should be avoided. I’m talking about salmon, eel, tuna, herring and dried or pickled fish. In addition, you should always remove any visible fat on the meat you are going to eat, otherwise the daily intake of fat might be too high. Another part of the lunch on the HCG diet are vegetables and fruits. As for fruits, you can eat one apple for lunch, a handful of strawberries, a half of a grapefruit or an orange. No matter what you pick, try to stick only to the those fruits.

As for veggies, you can choose one type of the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus and cabbage. Last but not least, have one breadstick (or so-called grissini) for lunch.

Dinner
The dinner is pretty much the same as the lunch.

Let me encourage you by telling you that you can use some seasonings to make your foods taste better, such as salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, majoram and others. However, no oil, sugar, butter or dressings.

If you feel extremely tired on the diet due to the little daily caloric intake, you are free to drink as much as coffee or tea as you wish. But keep it in moderation, I would not drink more than 2 cups of coffee a day. You should drink at least 2 liters of water per day, or even more if you are a man.

One more important note: don’t use fatty ointments, lipsticks, or any lotions that contain fat in general. If you do use them, you risk gaining weight. You may not believe it, but the fats DO get absorbed through your skin when you apply them.

Oral HCG Drops On The HCG Diet

Lastly the oral HCG drops should be taken throughout the entire course of Phase 2. I’m not going to explain to you how to use HCG drops, since this has already been spoken about. Take your oral HCG drops for weight loss even on the loading phase (Phase 1), because it takes some time before your body gets used to them.

HCG Drops Diet

You may have seen a co-worker or a friend who has lost a significant amount of weight lately and asked them how they did it. If they answered something along the lines of the “HCG drops diet”, you may have started wondering what this HCG drops diet is all about! The HCG drops diet is actually the HCG diet protocol. It is based on the book “Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity” by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons, a British Endocrinologist. Dr. Simeons did years of studies and research on the HCG hormone and developed the HCG diet protocol. Dr. Simeons found that the same HCG hormone found in pregnant women could have a profound weight loss effect on overweight people. In his original studies, Dr. Simeons administered the HCG drops by injections. As the HCG diet protocol grew in popularity, the self-injections were one aspect of the protocol that kept many people from trying it. The idea of self-injections is something that a lot of people simply can’t handle. It also requires an expensive prescription and doctor visits. Now there is a safe and effective alternative. The HCG drops diet refers to the homeopathic HCG drops that are available as an alternative to the self-injections while on the HCG diet. The HCG drops are much more convenient. They are taken sublingually, or under the tongue, four to six times a day. The drops come in a small bottle that is easy to carry in a purse or store on your kitchen counter. You can keep them in your drawer at desk or in the glove compartment of your car. The diet starts with two fat loading days to prepare the body for the protocol. During the two days you are literally eating as much fat as you can while taking the HCG drops. This may sound like a lot of fun, but by the end of the second day it gets old! The HCG has kicked in and you don’t feel hungry anymore. For the next 21-55 days you will continue to take the HCG drops while on a very low calorie (500 calories a day) diet. This is why so many people call it the HCG drops diet! As you will find when you read Dr. Simeons’ manuscript, there is a very important reason for combining the HCG with the very low calorie diet – it’s the only way the protocol will work. What you eat on this plan is critical. Not all 500 calories are created equal. Dr. Simeons worked with hundreds of case studies to find which foods work best for fast and long-term weight loss. Make sure you stick with the foods listed in the protocol for the best success rate. If you do, you will find that you won’t have the hunger pangs generally associated with a typical diet. You will find yourself losing an average of 0.5 to 1.5 pounds a day while on the protocol. That should be enough to keep you staying motivated! The HCG drops diet, otherwise known as the HCG diet protocol, is a proven solution if you want to lose weight and keep it off long term. Follow Dr. Simeons’ plan and you’ll have long term weight loss success.

HCG Drops Reviews

The HCG Drops reviews – and it’s great news for those who want to lose weight quickly and safely. You have probably seen ads in magazines, on billboards, on the Internet or in your email advertising for HCG. You may have heard someone at work or in your group of friends mention that they or someone they know have done the HCG diet.

The reason you are seeing and hearing such a buzz is that the HCG diet protocol is helping people all around the world lose weight and keep it off.  Most people see weight loss success at an average rate of 0.5 to 1.5 pounds per day in 30 days.  Not only does the weight come off, it stays off if the protocol is followed precisely.  When weight comes off quickly and permanently, people are bound to talk about it!

The HCG diet protocol is based on the research and studies of Dr. A.T.W. Simeons.  Dr. Simeons was a British endocrinologist who found that the same HCG hormone found in pregnant women had a significant weight loss effect, when combined with a very low calorie diet.  His manuscript, “Pound and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity” describes the science behind the diet.

In Dr. Simeons’ original research, he administered the HCG hormone through daily injections.  When the HCG diet protocol started being used and accepted on a larger scale, the HCG was only available through a prescription.  This posed a problem for the masses, who could not afford the steep price tag of expensive doctor visits and injections.

Now there is an alternative.  Many people prefer the homeopathic HCG drops.  When trying to figure out where to buy HCG drops, review sites can help narrow down your choices. Just be sure that you check out every website reviewed, because most HCG drops review sites, as well as most types of products, don’t really tell you which company or product is best. Instead, their rankings are in order of how much money they make from each affiliate sale.

HCG drops reviews should always include price per ounce of HCG, level of client support, and quality of product. One big red flag to watch out for…companies that try to sell you a smaller dose of HCG, like a one-ounce bottle, which is really meant to last 7-9 days.  Some websites claim it will last 30 days!  The minimum time on the HCG diet is 23 days of drops, or four ounces, so don’t be fooled into buying less.

When reading HCG drops reviews, visit each website to get a feel for the company. The company that has the best support and highest quality may pay the reviewer less for each sale, which has landed them a lower ranking. See if they have a link to a Facebook fan page – if they do, check out the community.  That will tell you a lot about the support the company provides.
